Prescription for Dog Barking Рецепт от собачьего лая

The patient complained to his doctor about his neighborhood overrun with dogs.

Patient: “They bark all day and all night – they’re so noisy that I can’t get a wink of sleep.”

Doctor: “There are special pills for that problem and I’ll give you a prescription that will take care of your problem. Come see me in two weeks.”

When he returned in two weeks the doctor asked, “How are you feeling now?”

Patient: “I feel worse than before.”

Doctor: “I just can’t understand it – those pills are guaranteed to work.”

Patient: “That may be, but I’m up all night chasing the dogs. When I finally catch one, it’s almost impossible to make him swallow the pill.”

Больной пожаловался врачу на то, что его район кишит собаками.

Больной: "Они лают весь день и всю ночь - они делают столько шума, что я не могу ни на секунду заснуть."

Врач: "Есть особые таблетки от этой проблемы, и я выпишу вам рецепт, который поможет вам справиться с этой проблемой. Приходите ко мне на приём через 2 недели."

Когда он вернулся через 2 недели, врач спросил: "Как вы себя сейчас чувствуете?"

Больной: "Я чувствую себя еще хуже, чем раньше."

Врач: "Я просто не понимаю - эти таблетки дают гарантированный результат."

Больной: "Возможно, это и так, но я не сплю всю ночь, гоняясь за собаками. Когда я наконец поймаю одну, почти невозможно заставить её проглотить таблетку."
